Packaging
In an effort to reduce waste and help the environment, we may consolidate multiple items into one package, especially for larger orders. This may slightly extend processing time, particularly for orders with more than five items.
Restrictions
Please be aware of certain restrictions that may prevent safe delivery. Ensure your shipping address is complete, including unit, street, and building numbers. We are not liable for delivery issues due to customer-provided errors like incorrect address, name, or zip code.
For some locations (including U.S. island territories), you might need to pick up your package from the local post office, and delivery may take longer than expected. We appreciate your understanding.
Customs Duties
Shipments are delivered duty unpaid, meaning any customs or import duties will be charged when the parcel reaches the destination country. These fees must be paid by the customer, especially if Express shipping is selected.
If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, customs charges, and handling fees. Additionally, by law, we cannot mark purchased items as gifts or declare a value lower than the actual product price.
Additional Information
- Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or non-continental European territories. You're more likely to be charged customs fees with Express shipping.
- Shipping time excludes a 1-5 day order processing period. Pre-orders may take longer depending on the manufacturer's timeline.
- If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact Customer Support within 90 days of placing the order.
- You can cancel your order for personal reasons at no charge, as long as it hasn’t been handed over to the logistics company. After that, cancellations are no longer possible.
What Happens If My Order Is Returned?
- Customer responsibility: If the return is due to an incorrect address or refusal of the package, we are not responsible. You will receive store credit for the order amount, minus the original shipping fee.
- Wuucart responsibility: If the issue is on our end, you will receive a full refund, including shipping (minus insurance), or we can resend the items you didn’t receive.
